At DYSTOPIɅN ™, we stand by the quality of our garments; however, if your piece does not align with your vision, we offer a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition. All items must retain their security tags and original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Access our digital portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Shipment

  Securely pack the items in their original DYSTOPIɅN ™ packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Dispatch Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; ensure you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the garment within 5 business days, and your refund will be processed to the original payment method upon approval.
